Do You Eat Enough Fruits & Vegetables?

 
There is no argument that it's important to eat your veggies. Even without the scientific mumbo-jumbo we know this and trust it to be true. The problem is that very few people eat 7- 13 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
 
Most people make poor food choices. Eat too much of the "bad" food and not enough of the "good" food. They don't drink enough water or exercise enough. They lead stressful lifestyles without focus on self care and they approach health as treating the sick instead of prevention of getting sick.
